
Meet Mackenzie
Mackenzie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides evidence-based, intentional mental health services to individuals ages 5 years old and up. Her passion is supporting children, teenagers, and adults challenged with anxiety, depression, anger, self-esteem, autism spectrum disorder, identity, relationship issues, and traumatic experiences.
Clients can expect to develop greater self-knowledge, resolve deep attachment wounds, examine the influence of their life stories, and discover safe ways to work with discomfort to reach a place of restoration. During sessions together, you can expect Mackenzie to be warm, open-minded, inquisitive, and human.
Mackenzie’s treatment modalities include utilization of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), as well as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment, narrative, somatic, and creative/play therapy techniques.
